Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Vladislav Gorbunov, trading as flexxi ("we") handles personal data when you use flexxi. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, meaning we decide why and how it is processed.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials or Google sign-in identifier) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Workspace content (tasks, comments, projects, attachments, invited members' emails) — to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• AI assist inputs (text you submit to assist) — to generate drafts and summaries you request. Basis: contract.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Service emails — account and billing notices. Basis: contract; any marketing emails only with your consent.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host the app, store data, send emails and run AI features on our behalf.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of plans, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention

We keep account data and content while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@flexxi.app and we'll reply within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and private file storage.

Cookies

flexxi uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
