Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of flexxi, a task and project management service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Vladislav Gorbunov, trading as flexxi ("we", "us"). When you use the Service, you are contracting with Vladislav Gorbunov, trading as flexxi.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use flexxi on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for sending spam;
• upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• introduce malware, probe or test its security, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or get around its plan limits.

AI assist

flexxi includes optional AI features that draft tasks and summarise projects. You are responsible for what you submit and for checking outputs before relying on them; outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. Do not use AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content. We may filter outputs, remove content, or restrict access where these rules are broken. You keep the rights to your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, to the outputs. Rights-holders can report infringing content to support@flexxi.app; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Your content

You own the tasks, files and other content you add. You give us a limited licence to host and process that content only to provide the Service to you.

Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep flexxi reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. After termination, we delete your content within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are handled by its competent courts. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
